My first 'all-nighter'

So last night I pulled my very first "all-nighter" with Aram to finish a very long assignment from our AP English class. I thought I'd be able to handle school and skating today, but I fell asleep in all my three periods. I took a make-up test in Math Analysis, and I know I didn't do as well as I could've if I was well rested. On top of that my stomach feels horrible because to pass the time last night I must've eaten over five cheesesticks. Right now I'm on the bus headed home so I can crap, nap and map out how I'll finish the rest of my giant pile of homework. On the bright side, both Aram and I finished our assignments and turned them in for full credit this morning...

Snow offers a great opportunity to inspect your roof insulation for heat leaks. In this picture of the house next door, we can see that the solid wood rafters supporting the roof trasmit heat better than the insulation between them. Hence, the snow melts in vertical strips.
